This color combination is a winner! Whether you are looking for something to wear every day, or for competition- these will look great- don’t be surprised if all eyes are on you! The soft Cream color of the body of these chinks is almost exactly the color of dairy cream- so the name fits perfectly. The yolk, fringe and stringers, are soft supple Chocolate chap leather; the color of this is just about exactly the color of a Hersey’s Milk Chocolate bar; combined, this two colors look great! The fringe is a full 8 inches all the way around. The cut of these chinks is a bit of a hybrid, in that it takes something from a chink, and something from a Batwing. They are as comfortable as they are attractive! They would make a great gift too!
Chaps, or Chinks (from the name “Chinkaderos”), are sometimes referred to as a half, or 3/4 chap, stops three or four inches below the knee and typically has four to six inches of fringe. It is cooler, and therefore desirable in warmer climates, or during the summer months. With fringes, and the looser fit, it is popular with the rodeo cowboys and adds to the spectacle of the cowboy on a bucking bronc!
